1. Promoter
a. Inabox of DIY RESOLUTIONS PTY LTD (Australia) & DIY NZ PTY LTD (New Zealand) are the promoters of the Promotion (Promotion).
b. By following @inaboxsolutions on Instagram and Facebook or tagging a friend on this post, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Entry mechanic:
· You must be following @inaboxsolutions on Instagram and @inaboxstorage on Facebook using the personal account you use to enter
· Comment the guessed number of easter eggs housed within the Inabox 38L Heavy Duty Container
· Tag a friend on this post
· Every new guess (via comment) and tag, is a new entry
3. By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by the promoters on any of their channels, you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms
4. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this competition
5. Entrants must follow the instructions on the competition Facebook and Instagram post and/or other Social Media channels to enter this competition
6. The competition will begin when the competition post has been uploaded onto Facebook, Instagram and/or other Social Media channels (“competition period”). The competition period will end on Tuesday 7th of April at 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time.
7. This competition is open only to Australian and New Zealand residents, currently residing in Australia or New Zealand, aged 18 +, excluding employees (and household members) of the promoters and their agencies
8. There will be 1 winner drawn. The winner will receive a digital Bunnings voucher valued at $250.00 AUD or NZD dependent on the winner’s location. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives will be given
9. The first entrant to correctly guess the number of Easter Eggs within the container (provided they have also followed @inaboxsolutions on Instagram and @inaboxstorage on Facebook and tagged another account) will be the winner. If there are no correct guesses, the first and closest guess to the correct number will be awarded the prize.
10. The winners will be contacted via Instagram/Facebook direct messaging within 5 working days. The winner must respond within 5 working days of being contacted or the prize will be forfeited and redrawn using the same process. The winner will be requested to provide a formal contact method in the way of phone or email, so address details can be confirmed for the distribution of the voucher.
11. Inabox has the right to collect and hold personal info per their Privacy Policy (in compliance with Privacy Act 2020) - https://inaboxsolutions.com/au/privacy-policy The promoters reserve the right to amend the prizes, these terms and conditions, or to cancel or delay the competition at any time and without prior notice
12. The promoters are not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with after it has been dispatched to the winner. To the extent permitted by law, the promoters exclude any liability they may have arisen directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition
13. Promoters reserve the right to disqualify entries for tampering, fraud or misrepresentation
14. All eligible entries must be in compliance with the rules of the social media platform they are posted on. The promoters are not responsible for entries removed or disqualified due to platform rules or actions.
15. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
